1. Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Arambhe Tours & Travels.

• A booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
• The balance amount must be paid before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Pricing and Payments

• All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without prior notice due to changes in taxes, fuel surcharges, government regulations, or supplier costs.
• Full payment must be completed before the travel date.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
• Cancellation charges will be applicable based on the cancellation date and the policies of hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other service providers.
• Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days after approval.
• Bank charges, payment gateway fees, and service charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on banks and third-party service providers.

5. Travel Documents

• Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification documents, passports, visas, permits, and any other required travel documents.
• Arambhe Tours & Travels shall not be liable for any losses arising from incomplete, invalid, or missing travel documents.

6. Changes to Itinerary

• We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or sightseeing schedules due to weather conditions, natural disasters, government regulations, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Alternative arrangements will be made whenever possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Arambhe Tours & Travels acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as hotels, airlines, transport operators, and sightseeing agencies.
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, loss of baggage, theft, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Travelers must comply with local laws, regulations, and customs during their journey.
• Any damage caused by a traveler to hotel property, vehicles, or public property shall be the traveler's sole responsibility.

9. Force Majeure

Arambhe Tours & Travels shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of Arambhe Tours & Travels and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the city where our registered office is located.
